We practise breath work and yoga postures to release stress, and stretch & strengthen our muscles. Suitable for all levels of fitness and whether your are beginner or more advanced in yoga.
You can join by purchasing a single online lesson via Prices-page and after the payment subscribing to this lesson. The Zoom link will be then available on this page.
Today we practise a longer relaxation at the end about 20 minutes long
