Inner Axis - breathing and yoga lesson via Zoom. Join to move and breathe!

We practise breath work and yoga postures to release stress, and stretch & strengthen our muscles. Suitable for all levels of fitness and whether your are beginner or more advanced in yoga.

You can join by purchasing a single online lesson via Prices-page and after the payment subscribing to this lesson. The Zoom link will be then available on this page.

Today we practise a longer relaxation at the end about 20 minutes long

Please have with you:

  • 2 yoga blocks or books etc. that are firm under the hands
  • a large blanket that covers you completely or 2 smaller ones
  • a yoga bolster OR a pillow + a blanket
  • a pillow or blanket or towel to place under the head
  • a scarf or small towel, eye pillow to cover the eyes

If you have a special condition or an injury, please inform me before the class. I do not recommend online lessons when pregnant, since it is not possible to cater for a safe practise in this case.
