Yoga at Crossfit Twente

This lesson is inspired by Inner Axis method. We practise yoga postures that target to stretch and strengthen the main muscles of the body, and combine it with breath work and mindfulness exercises. The aim is to increase mobility, relax and restore the mind and the body.

You can join the lessons if you are a member of Crossfit Twente or by becoming a member.
