Sleep Well Sequence

An easy, calming sequence to prepare for a night of good sleep (45 minutes). Practise this sequence prior going to bed and leave the day behind feeling relaxed. Includes breath work, stretches to release tension from hips, legs and shoulders, legs up the wall-relaxation and 4-7-8-breath.

Props needed:

  • yoga mat or non-slippery surface
  • some wall space
  • yoga strap or belt
  • seat (meditation cushion/chair/edge of the bed)
  • optional: blanket or towel
