Inner Axis - Beginner & Intermediate 1

Inner Axis practise (78 minutes), containing daily breath work, basic yoga postures, relaxation and a visualisation. After Introduction to Inner Axis, this is a good practise to continue with. Suitable for all levels.

Props needed:

  • yoga mat or non-skid surface
  • 2 yoga blocks or thick books
  • seat (mediation cushion, thick pillow or chair)
