Breathing Break

A breathing practise (51 minutes) to pause and re-center. Give your mind and body a moment of ease and just breathe. Includes Inner Axis daily breathing exercises, Mind Meets the Breath-seated breath work and a gentle chest & shoulder opening relaxation at the end. Suitable for all levels.

Props needed:

  • yoga mat or non-skid surface
  • 2 yoga blocks or thick books
  • seat (mediation cushion, thick pillow or chair)
  • 3 blankets or 2 blankets and a small pillow
