Inner Axis Yoga deals directly with stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. This breath-based yoga movement and mindfulness practice was developed by global wellbeing & yoga teacher, speaker, and author Max Strom and is creating a lot of excitement in the world of well-being and yoga. It is accessible to all levels of fitness, ages and walks of life, and thus serves many populations (e.g., yoga enthusiasts, people with anxiety, stress and/or sleep problems, people with overweight, people over 50). The simple techniques enable deep transformation and make you feel better, sleep better, and help you heal yourself and your relationships.
