Breathe and Move

Breath-based hatha yoga class. We practise simple but effective movements and exercises that release tension from the body, but also helps to calm the mind. Your flexibility and strenght will increase, but most importantly you will be able to destress and have time for yourself to pause and notice what you feel and need.

Suggested props:

  • A Firm blanket or towel
  • 2 yoga blocks/books fitting under the hands
  • Anything you need to keep comfortable during the relaxation: pillow, blanket, eye cover, etc.
