Yoga at Crossfit Twente

Slow paced hatha yoga with breath awareness. We practise yoga postures that target to stretch and strengthen the main muscles of the body, and combine it with breath work and mindfulness exercises. The aim is to increase mobility, destress and relax.

You can join the lessons if you are a member by becoming a member of Crossfit Twente.
