Breathe and Move

Breath-based hatha yoga class. We practise simple but effective movements and exercises that release tension from the body, but also helps to calm the mind. Your flexibility and strenght will increase, but most importantly you will be able to destress and have time for yourself to pause and notice what you feel and need.

For this lesson, please have with you:

  • A yoga mat/exercise mat
  • Wall space
  • 2 yoga blocks/hard cover books that fit under the hands
  • 2-3 pillows
  • A firm blanket or a beach towel to place under your knees if they are sensitive with weight bearing on them
  • Anything to keep you comfortable during the relaxation at the end, a pillow, extra blanket, eye cover, etc.
