Inner Axis - breathing and yoga lesson via Zoom. Join to move and breathe!

We practise breath work and yoga postures to release stress, and stretch & strengthen our muscles. Suitable for all levels of fitness and whether you are beginner or more advanced in yoga.

Today's lesson we practise postures to open hips and shoulders, and finish with Mind Meets the Breath-exercise.

Please have with you:

  • 2 yoga blocks or books etc. that are firm under the hands
  • a blanket and a pillow for the relaxation at the end and any other props that you would like to use (e.g. eye cover)
  • a comfortable seat, chair, meditation cushion or thick pillow that allows you to sit upright

If you have a special condition or an injury, please inform me before the class. I do not recommend online lessons when pregnant, since it is not possible to cater for a safe practise in this case.
