EARLY BIRD CLASS Start your weekend refreshed and renewed!

Early bird class is for those who wants to start their weekends refreshed and with a good mood. The class starts with breath work to energise you. This also helps to clear the mind from the demands of the past week. By combining this with yoga postures that strengthen and stretch your muscles, we help you to go into the weekend with new energy. The class finishes with a relaxation to bring your body and mind into balance, and ending the practise with an inspiring visualisation.

The lesson is suitable for everyone and aims to give you a focused mind and a relaxed body. Avoid eating heavily before the lesson, preferably eat 2 hours before or eat lightly 1 hour before (e.g. fruit) to have a comfortable practise.
